Specialists in Education, Therapeutic & Well-Being Services

ADO Services has specialised in education, therapy and well-being services since 2009. Our flagship operation is the ADO River Valley School . This outdoor education service is a specialised setting that aims to create flexible, individual programmes of learning support for children and young people who, for a variety of reasons, may be unable to access mainstream education or may have been NEET for an extended period. We offer specialist and core subjects with BTEC and AQA Unit Awards to children and young people. We are a registered Pearson Exam Centre. We also run school half-term and holiday fun educational activities offering a number of AQA Unit Awards as part of the programs based upon adventure sport, equine and animals.

The ADO Therapy team run a number of assisted activities and outcome based therapies for children, young people and adults at our large 6.5 acre outdoor centre at Poets Corner Centre, Welling. We are specialist at integrating our therapeutic services into award based education, for example AQA Unit Awards.

ADO Services are the operational team behind our branded services. We additionally run our own experiences and events throughout the year and with selected partner organisations.

ADO also run a number of therapeutic Virtual Services offered to those service users who can not visit the site in person.

ADO Services are the company behind our branded services, ADO River Valley School, ADO Education and ADO Therapy. The business is committed to improving the education and well-being of the community and as a Community Interest Company we believe in continually investing to offer facilities and services that will support the needs and requirements of that community and are sustainable.

We operate from a 6.5 acre mixed woodland, small holding, open space and grazing land site at the Poets Corner Centre, Welling. Its the perfect setting to offer the type of well-being services we do. The site has been specifically designed to enhance the experience of our service users and students by ensuring we fully utilise the natural landscape and biodiversity in our programmes.

Aims and Objectives

Every customer has unique needs and requirements. We create flexible, individual programmes of learning and therapeutic support for our service users and students. Our team includes therapists and staff trained with a therapeutic approach to support and help service users to learn coping skills, enabling them to engage and learn skills for life. Our ethos and model is based upon CBT to up skill and to change or challenge their thoughts, to impact their emotions and subsequent behaviour.
