ADO Planning Go Ahead For Poets

We are pleased to announce that on Thursday 1st July, the company plans for buildings and improved landscaping for our Poets Corner, Welling site were approved unanimously at the July borough council planning committee meeting. The healthy debate on the business proposal was voted 9 to 0, with no objections. This was a tremendous achievement and a first in the borough for permission to be given to buildings on previously almost un-touchable Metropolitan Open Land (MOL)
